Best pizza in Schwäbisch Hall! (Pizza Chef) Crunchy base, fresh toppings, delicious cheese. Always my pleasure!

Starter was inedible. The carpaccio was gross and gray. The waiter or boss rude and heavily alcoholized. With the statement "It has to be like this and we always do it like this" We still had to pay for the carpaccio. The children's pizzas were forgotten in the main course. We were then allowed to wait another 30 minutes to pay. Once and never again....

The host is very arrogant, arrogant and aggressive !! When looking for a good restaurant, I was run over by him while reading the menu, why am I walking through his restaurant ??? After my explanation there were insults that they don't need someone like me here anyway and at all! Bird shown and gone to a restaurant with better KARMA !! :)

Nice place, but unfortunately very incompetent and unfriendly service. No trace of guest service, although hardly anything was going on. The food is also "expandable", sometimes cold and tasteless. Pizzas are okay, we didn't get to dessert because the waitress was no longer seen. No demand in any way. Too bad.

Although the food is good I give it a star for the bad treatment to the client. The waiter who took our order gave us 10 minutes to order because they closed the kitchen. Understandable what is inadmissible is to take note of the next table and when they arrived at ours we were told that only pizzas because the kitchen no longer took other dishes and had not even 4 min. I stayed with the detail of the table that sat after us and took note only of pizzas but they had to eat at the speed of sound, something that had not been warned. Go angry they caught. So to this site do not go after 1:30 in the afternoon to eat.

One star for the waitress. She is a very pleasant girl, polite and attentive. The rest is all just at the bottom of the catering. From the quality of the food (the pasta was too salty and very empty) to the incredibly rude staff. There was a shower outside, they asked to leave the umbrellas in the corridor in the stand. After dinner, the umbrella was not there, a man came out and, instead of apologizing, very rudely insisted that he was not responsible. With each new word, the tone grew and became sharper. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Ambient, food and personal are perfect

Should be in Kitchen Nightmares by Gordon Ramsay. On Sunday you can not sit to have a drink. You have to order a food. Even though more than half of tables are free. We ordered cheese plate and this is ridiculous. Especially for Italian Trattoria. Aperol is diluted. Have not got printed bill. Hope this place will be closed soon. Shame.
